MINDFULNESS FOR EVERYDAY LIFE Meditation - with Kristy Joy Weidner, LCSW, 200 Hr Inner Axis Yoga teacher trained

Fridays from 11:00am to 11:30am via Zoom

End each week with Meditation Day! Mindfulness for everyday life will be the focus as Kristy guides you through a short discussion and a breath-focused meditation session.
