In a world that rarely slows down, your nervous system has been working overtime.

If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, exhausted, or stuck in a constant state of alert, this gentle four-week series offers space to pause, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to restore balance.

Nervous System Reset is a live, experiential mini series designed to help you reconnect with calm in ways that feel practical, accessible, and supportive. Each week blends grounded psychology, nervous-system education, and simple regulation practices you can carry with you into everyday life—no extra effort required.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Why your energy feels depleted, even when you’re not “doing much,” and how modern stressors quietly impact your baseline

  • How stress patterns like fight, flight, freeze, and fawn show up in your body—and how to gently shift them in the moment

  • Boundaries that protect your nervous system, including digital limits and saying no without guilt

  • Ways to build a life rhythm that supports sustainability, rest, and long-term regulation

This series is not about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding your nervous system with compassion and learning small, steady ways to support it—right where you are.

Perfect for:
Anyone feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, burnt out, or longing for practical tools to feel more grounded and at ease.

Most insurances accepted. Self-pay options available.

Come as you are. Leave with a little more steadiness, clarity, and calm.
