Ayurveda is the "Sister Science" of Yoga and is one of the worlds oldest holistic healing systems that has has been around for over 5,000 years. The practice of cleansing is considered a vital part of an Ayurvedic lifestyle and provides an important means of clearing accumulated waste and toxicity from the mind and the tissue helping to let your digestive system rest and reset.  Which in turn supports stronger digestion and a greater sense of well-being. Come learn how to do a 3-day Ayurvedic cleanse with Ayurvedic Health Counselor Abby Ritter.  During the workshop you will be guided through the steps of the cleanse and will be able to sample some of the food you will be eating during the cleanse. A one hour follow up session will be held the following Sunday, July 21st at 11am.

We all know the many benefits of exercising and meditating, especially their stress reducing effects. We are pairing that with the outdoors for a fun, stress-free setting. Yoga is the perfect way to wind down after an invigorating hike. Join us for a quick-paced 2-3 mile hike in North Park followed by a 45-minute meditation based yoga class. Bring your own yoga mat.
