Rest Is Resistance is a community gathering and collective pause—a place to slow down together. We’ll move gently, rest, breathe, and close with sound healing. No fixing. No performing. Just space to land and take the weight down in shared space. All bodies and all levels welcome. A portion of proceeds supports neighborhood resources.
We’re carrying a lot.
This is a place to put some of it down.
Led by Kristy Joy of InJoy Meditation, Bhavna Mehta, ERYT-500, Ayurvedic Health Coach and Yoga Instructor, and Quest, Sound Bowls.
Winter Glow: A Candlelit Sound Bath
When: Sunday, March 1 | 5:00-6:00 PM (Gates open at 4:30 PM)

Sink into an evening of gentle light, soothing sounds, and deep rest.
This restorative sound journey is led by Kristy Joy of InJoy Meditation and Maria Hilton with Wellness Empowered Yoga, weaving together two practitioners and two full sets of crystal singing bowls for an immersive, heart-softening experience.
Set indoors overlooking the serene Rabkin Japanese Gardens, the space glows with candlelight as layers of sound support your body in unwinding, releasing, and returning to stillness. Before or after your session, wander the illuminated gardens at your own pace and warm up with a cup of tea from our cozy tea bar — a quiet moment to pause, breathe, and glow from within.

Mom Support Workshop

Cost: $15
A gentle space to exhale, connect, and be reminded that you’re not alone.
Facilitated by Kiler Wilson, LPC, CCTPA, this workshop welcomes moms to gather, reflect, and feel supported.
Together, we’ll explore emotional regulation and self-reparenting, tending to our own inner world while learning how to show up for our children with steadiness, care, and compassion.
