Healing can be difficult work, but you can achieve balance. We all deserve to put our physical, as well as mental health at the forefront of our lives. It takes time to process and challenge our everyday thoughts and I would be honored to assist you through that experience.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with diverse experience working with adults experiencing mood and thought disorders, trauma/ptsd, as well as other life altering stressors. Professionally, I have worked with various populations including survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, members of the LGBTQI+ community, and military veterans.  I received my bachelor's degree in Social Work from Slippery Rock University, after which I attended the University of Pittsburgh where I earned my master's degree in Social Work.

My goal is to create a comfortable and safe place for all individuals to process and work toward their own mental wellbeing and solidarity. Through empathy and my professional experience, I want to provide you with strategy and tools to move forward in your own life.
