Lee is an RYT 200-hour certified yoga instructor. As part of his own recovery journey from trauma and moral injury, Lee began exploring yoga and meditation in 2007. He credits these practices with helping to restore health, wellness, and balance to his life.

In 2021, he completed his RYT-200 coursework and training to become a certified yoga instructor and teaches Veterans-specific yoga and meditation throughout the Pittsburgh area. Lee is one of our substitute yoga instructors for Monday’s 6:30pm all levels yoga class. Lee also teaches a hot vinyasa flow yoga class every Wednesday at 5:00 pm at Breathe Yoga in Murrysville.  Lee’s classes are relaxed, open and welcoming to all levels of practice.
