After working in the mental health field for over 12 years, I have an appreciation for the bravery it takes to begin addressing one’s challenges through therapy. My hope is that by creating a warm and supportive environment, this process is more inviting. I utilize a strength-based approach to focus on an individual/family's strengths - viewing them as tremendous resources when facing adversity.

I have experience working with a clinically diverse group of clients conducting individual, family and group therapy sessions. I have found myself drawn to working with those committed to addressing symptoms of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder and depression. I utilize a combination of modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy to help clients reach their goals.

I have a degree in Sociology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and earned my Masters in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in 2008. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
