I realize the courage it takes to begin the therapeutic process and commend anyone making that first step. My goal as a therapist is to provide individuals with a safe space to process through the challenges of life. Taking the time to explore thoughts, feelings and actions is a powerful tool in increasing self-awareness. I use a collaborative and non-judgmental approach to help individuals to achieve their therapeutic goals, while honoring their values.

I graduated with my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology in 2011 from Penn State University. In 2014, I earned my masters degree in Clinical Counseling from Youngstown State University and currently hold a license in professional counseling (LPC).

I have experience working with a clinically diverse population in the outpatient, partial hospitalization and school settings. I have also worked with children in the foster care system. I have had the privilege of helping individuals develop skills to reduce symptoms of disorders such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder and ADHD. During my time at UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital, I facilitated group therapy sessions to increase skills of college students and adults experiencing symptoms of ADHD. During my time there, I also gained experience providing family therapy. I tend to use a solutions-focused and strengths-based approach to helping individuals achieve their goals. I am also an LGBTQ+ ally.

I generally see adults, families, and children 10 and older. I specialize in clients with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, and infertility and the challenges arising from that.
