Yoga Club with Angie Phares, Yoga Instructor, Integrative Health Coach

Join us for a mixed levels Hatha yoga class, for beginners and experienced yogis alike, and experience a gentle, mindful, joint and glands type of practice.  This is a great introduction to yoga, and incorporates both stretching and breathing techniques to align and calm your mind, body, and spirit in preparation for meditation.  This class will meet on a reservation basis.  If you are interested each week, email Angie@VillageTherapy.org to set up a class.

1-on-1 Trauma-Focused Private Lessons with Gina Painter, Yoga Instructor
In these personalized classes, we create a safe and nurturing space where we delve into the emotions and sensations that arise as we move through yoga asanas. Throughout this practice, we'll tap into the power of our breath and mindfulness to affirm that you are not only okay but also in control of your own journey. With focused breathwork, we aim to guide your body from a state of 'fight or flight' into 'rest and digest,' effectively regulating your nervous system. Come experience the didgeridoo, an ancient musical instrument and powerful tool, that can help lift an individual's vibration back to a less chaotic and natural rhythm. The broad range of harmonics produced by the didgeridoo vibrate in an ancient and universal tone and can be used as a sound therapy or sound healing tool that effects a person on three basic levels.  Sessions are offered in a 30 minute or 1 hour session.  

Individual Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda Consultations
Private Yoga or Meditation sessions - $75/1 hr, $250/4 - 1 hr sessions
Private Ayurveda sessions - $120/90 minute initial consultation, $60/1 hr follow-ups, $300/Initial consultation + 3 follow-ups.

During your private yoga session, Abby will ask about what you are looking to get out of your session and she will tailor a routine based upon your bodies specific needs. These poses when combined with the additional deep relaxation and meditation aspects of Abby's sessions, encourage the creation of a grounding energy, which allows students to connect deeply to themselves.                                                                                                                                                            During your Ayurveda consultation, Abby will tailor a unique routine based upon your needs.  This daily routine is called Dinacharya and is used to support your body and mind through a combination of daily routine, working with nutrition, yoga and pranayama.  You will follow up with three more visits.  These visits are to offer support during this time if you have any questions, to see how things are going and to make any adjustments if needed.  This will make sure you are getting the proper support while adding these new changes into your life.  

One-On-One Ayurveda and Healthy Lifestyle Sessions

Bhavna is a National Ayurvedic Medical Association Certified Health Counselor (AHC). Ayurveda is an ancient medical science which has a holistic approach in its treatment. She provides one-on-one consultation for healthy diet and lifestyle using wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda.  Health means not only physical but mental and emotional well-being too. This can be achieved through treatment of root causes. She uses her knowledge to support her client's ability to cure.
